Decorating for X-mas

This weekend mommy got motivated and decided to get all the Christmas decorations out. That way part of the excitement this year could be the simple joy of looking forward to the coming of the holiday. So the kids got right into the spirit and helped set up the tree and decorate it. Now some day I hope to have a nice glass decorated tree in one theme but for the time being it is so nice not to have to worry about things getting damaged on the tree since most all of it is plastic. We do not believe in getting a real tree as the purpose to cutting and kill alive one just does not fit in our way. Merlova got to put up the angel and of course Zhivanna had to gripe about that, but she and Akorren did put up most of the ornaments. It is fun because they are all now getting the age where they can help and do it themselves with some adult guidance. Being in the holiday spirit we had to enjoy some hot coco and start watching some of our favorites Christmas movies.
