Heading Home

Glenn and my dad called me last night and said that the power was on in League City. YAY! So the girls and I are going to head home in a few hours. Vanessa is sad that we are leaving but was glad to have the company and the kids all know more about their primos (cousins) and seem to have a formed a good friendship. They are buddies now, and it means we will have to continue on doing things together MORE OFTEN. We are so grateful to Lester, Vanessa, Christina, Joshua, Doris, Orlando, and Daniel Lanza for all that they have done for us. It was so kind of them to take us in, feed us, and show concern and care for us during this time of evacuation from hurricane Ike. We could not have had such a successful plan if it was not for their support. Muchas Gracias por todos! Now we will look at cleaning up around the house when I get home and looking to set up work / lean up crews with Glenn in the lead and seeing which friends need what. I will be asking for some monetary help from you for a few people in the coming weeks. So please be ready to help with what you can. Thank you.
