On Sunday after leaving LA we made a good 3 hour stop off in Mobile, Alabama and had a nice visit. The First place we went to was in the old town area to a Spanish plaza and it looked like they still had some of the leftovers of a Mardi Gras celebration as the kids went on beads treasure hunts in the grassy area. The Mardi Gras museum that they had was closed since it was Sunday. We did stop and take some pictures in front of it and in the park area. The kids all enjoyed being out of the car and just in the grass. We then decided to take a look at another part of the city. We did not know much about AL and this area. Kids with bead tresures on old art bench, me with kids infront of museum, daddy & kids in front of historic statue.
