FL trip Day 3

We made it to the Kennedy Space Center today around 3:00 PM which was a big deal as I wanted to make sure we had all the official passes and things together then we took a break from the drive and visited KSC for a few hours. We got some STS-119 t-shirts, rode a shuttle simulation experience ride, saw a 3D Imax movie on the moon and let the kids run around the place for a while. We then made it to our hotel a Holiday Inn right on the beach and settled in. The kids were glad to know they would be at the same place for more then one day and once they saw the pirate ship kiddie pool and beach sand they were very excited almost forgetting that we are here for the launch.
Tomorrow we would meet up with Janeen to get the boys and care for them most all of the day. It is going to be our full parent-on-time day. We would become a family of 5 now, taking care of everyones needs and doing the family astronaut briefing, launch pad tour/ wave across the ditch; then take the kids for some down time then make our way back to Kennedy for the Antonelli reception. We are so glad to be here.
